CBRE is a high quality, growth company because it has been able to grow its top-line (Sales) at 18.8% and its bottom-line (Pre-Tax Profit) at 15.2% for the past 10 years. Within that time, Historical Earnings Per Share (EPS) has also grown at a rate of 18.8%

With a decreasing Debt to Capital ratio of low 30s, management has shown its ability to manage growth and stabilize CBRE's Pre-Tax Profit.
